Policies
Booking Policy:
– Appointments can be booked online or by text/call at (415) 830-1852
– No card is required to book
– Deposits may be requested for certain services
– Clients are expected to honor their appointment times
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
– Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule
– Late cancellations (within 24 hours): 50% service fee
– No-shows may be charged 100% of service and asked to pay a deposit to rebook
